We source directly from the farmers, craftsmen and vendors from Srinagar who meet our requirements of quality and hygiene which are then packed and supplied with care and attention at our head office in gujarat. 

Return/Refund policy:- So, we have a “no return” & “exchange” policy. 
With regard to our clothing range, there might be a slight variation in size or design as these are all handcrafted. In case the products are damaged or any defect is found, please share photos on our email along with your order/invoice details within 24hrs of delivery and someone from our team will get in touch with you to resolve the issue. Exception of an exchange will be made only in such cases.

We are very active on email. We try to reply to all email queries within 5 working days 

Cancellation Policy:-  Cancellation is dependent upon completing a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement is if any defect is found in the product as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for such an exchange must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of the receiving the product. Whether a exchange will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
