Our Products

Kashmiriyat offers carefully curated kaftans, handcrafted apparel, and artisanal products designed with a focus on comfort, heritage, and everyday elegance. Many of our products are hand-finished, woven, dyed, or crafted using traditional techniques, which means slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, print placement, or detailing may naturally occur.

These subtle differences are not defects, but a part of the beauty and individuality of handcrafted creations.

Please note:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, dye processes, and individual screen settings.
  • Handmade and handcrafted products may carry minor irregularities that enhance their authenticity.

Sizing, Fit & Product Details

A large portion of our collection is designed in free-size or relaxed silhouettes to ensure versatility and comfort.

Kindly note:

  • Kashmiriyat does not offer alterations or customization services.
  • Extra fabric may be provided with certain products wherever applicable, allowing customers to make personal adjustments at their own discretion.
  • We strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order for any questions related to size, fit, fabric, styling, or product details.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final based on the selected product specifications.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

At Kashmiriyat, each order is specially prepared with care once it is placed. Since every order is individually processed and packed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Refunds are not applicable after successful order placement.
  • No modifications, alterations, or customizations can be requested after confirmation.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain the quality and efficiency of our service.

Shipping Policy

At Kashmiriyat, we take special care to ensure that every order reaches you in the best possible condition and within the promised timeline. To make your shopping experience smooth and reliable, we partner with trusted courier services that prioritize secure and timely delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We try to deliver our products within 7-8 working days, excluding public holidays.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹3,000.
  • A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹3,000.

International Shipping

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹2,700 applies to all international orders.
  • A minimum order value of ₹6,000 is required for all international purchases.
  • International deliveries are usually completed within 15–20 working days, excluding public holidays.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, local handling charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery or customs clearance.

Important Information

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, courier operations, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Returns are accepted in case a defect is found in the product and reported within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason beyond our control, additional reshipping charges will be applicable.
  • Kashmiriyat is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure situations.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to quality and care.

To Be Eligible for an Exchange Policy:

  • Products must:
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Include original tags
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be packed securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Refund will be generated in rare cases if the product is out of stock.

Reverse Pickup Policy:

  • Reverse pickup is available only for select serviceable pin codes within India.
  • International orders are not eligible for reverse pickup; customers must arrange returns independently.

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, Kashmiriyat will initiate a replacement, re-shipment, or refund as applicable.
